Welcome! If you want to set up an account to order online, you can easily do so if you have an existing Henry Schein Number.  With this, simply go to the ‘Join Now’ button found on the homepage OR under the User Icon on the navigation bar found at the top of the page and follow the registration instructions from there.

If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it using the ‘Forgot my Password’ link found on the ‘Sign In’ screen. After clicking this link, you will be taken to the Forgot Password screen on the site, where you will need to enter the email address associated with your account.  You can then follow the instructions that  will be sent to that address.

Only one email address can be associated with a user account. However, you create multiple user accounts tied to your practice using your Henry Schein JDE number. This will allow you to place orders across several accounts associated with your practice.

You will see your Colgate Territory Manager information listed under your Personal Profile Page, found under the My  Account section.

To schedule a meeting with Colgate, navigate to the Personal Profile Page, found under the My  Account section,  where your Territory Manager is listed. You can request a meeting via phone or email with the information that is provided there.

Subscribing to an Auto-Shipment order is just like placing a one time order on our site.  Simply navigate to a Product page where Autoshipment Subscriptions are eligible (toothbrushes for instance) and select both your frequency and quantity. This will add a subscription order to your cart. Checking out with this Auto-Shipment order will add it to your Active Subscriptions, which can be found under your User Profile. The first shipment will be processed as a normal one time purchase. Recurring Auto-Shipments will ship on your next Auto Shipment date.

Auto-Shipment dates cannot be changed on our site.  In order to change this information, you will need to contact customer service support at 1-800-226-5428.

To modify your upcoming auto-shipments, you can go to your Active Subscriptions tab under your account. From there, you can modify your subscribed Products under the ‘All Subscriptions’ section, which will allow you to edit the frequency and quantity of your active subscriptions by product.

To cancel your upcoming auto-shipments, you can go to your Active Subscriptions tab under your account. From there, you can modify your subscribed Products under the ‘All Subscriptions’ section, which will allow you to cancel or pause your active subscriptions by product.

While some products have auto-shipment support now, rest assured that we are working to expand that convenience into other categories.
